I come here every Saturday morning after I run around the agritopia area with my run group, Running Souls. This has such a welcoming, simple, and cozy vibe. There are many people who also dress up to come here and I can appreciate that. The store is well kept, clean, and smells good because of all the food and drink made from scratch from local sources. Service is always amazing, and the pastry case plus their cold selection displays always look perfect! There is a photo discretion sign to the right of the front door, so I just managed to get a picture of the sign outside. Enjoy yourself here on a rest day, lazy day, or even on holiday! This place is a classic hang out coffee shop that you can easily spend a day at - and I have. Good WiFi, good food, of course tasty coffee, good background ambiance, comfortable couches and chairs - a great place!
It's simple good food, great coffee, and chill environment! Just don't go on Saturday morning first thing it's PACKED, but it's worth the wait! Great customer service too!
Popped in around 12pm on a Sunday, and I think I got lucky! Adorable coffee shop, no line, lots of baked goods still, not overwhelmingly crowded. I could see this being a great place to have a meet up or get some work done. Their whoopie pies are delicious! Super soft, silky smooth frosting sandwiched between two cakester. My only wish is that the red velvet cake itself had a darker red color and a little more of those subtle chocolate notes. Other than that, would definitely try some of their other goodies! Yum!
Tuesday September 5th about 10:30AM - We tried this place as the other quite well known restaurant on the agritopia site did not have much in the way of appealing vegetarian options.
The downside- Upon arrival noticed the loudness inside the cafe. Lots of tables filled with lots of people talking. Music overly loud too. You then have to wait in line at a counter to order and then hope you can find a place to sit, or find a place to sit first and have other person go wait in line to order. But the only choice was one long table with college students doing classwork on their laptops, as were at many of the other tables as well. Not eating, just doing classwork. Maybe they had already ate and some were sipping at coffees while they studied Luckily there were three chairs left at the long table for us to use.
Outside on the big patio area would be nice but much too hot !!!

So back to the inside.
The upside: My grandson and I each ordered the Tofu Benedict which I was hesitant about ordering, but it turned out to be very good. The tofu was in thick slices, firm, and cooked in seasonings with a crispy outside. The vegan hollandaise sauce was quite tasty. This was served over nice firm chunks of tomatoes, seasoned chunky potatoes that were crispy browned, with spinach and onions to boot. My grandson, who is a fussy eater even in his old age of 20, ate it all and rather quickly too. Price is quite fair especially for the large quantity of the serving. My husband just ordered his old tried and true club sandwich which he said was very good. It came with chips. He was satisfied.
The food tasted fresh and it was brought out to our table, but not at the same time. Husband had to wait several more minutes for his sandwich. But overall the food was good.
Overall though the seating arrangements and the people just hanging out make it less appealing. We might try to go back when the weather is cooler and see if the outdoor seating is available. AlsoI would order the same item again as it was quite unique and good !!!

So super cute! They were a little bit disorganized, and forgot one of our orders, but the coffee tasted really good once we received it. Super adorable place to meet up with friends or if you need to work on your computer and you're lucky enough to find a table, an adorable little coffee shop!
